Contact
Write to [email protected]. Corrections, source suggestions and questions about the archive all go to the same address and are read in the order they arrive.
Corrections
A useful correction names the entry, quotes the sentence, and says what the evidence is. If you have a page reference or a link, include it. Corrections that are accepted are made to the entry and noted in the source list.
Reuse
Short quotations with a link back to the entry are welcome. Republishing an entry in full, in either language, needs permission first — write to [email protected] with the entry title and where it would appear.
What this address is not for
There is no sponsored content on this site and no paid placement in the archive, so pitches of that kind are not read. There is also no newsletter to subscribe to and no account to create.
Languages
Both languages are written for this site rather than translated from one into the other. If a Chinese entry and its English counterpart seem to make slightly different arguments, that is usually because they do.
